Why we do all three
The assessment tells you what to fix. The delivery carries it out. The training makes sure your own people can hold it when nobody from 504 is on site. Because the same adviser runs all three, the officers on your door have read the plan, and the exercise tests the procedures we actually wrote.
You can commission any one of them on its own. Most clients start with an assessment and stop there, which is a legitimate outcome.
